Take a portion of the mix (120 g) and knead it together with 130 ml of lukewarm water for 5 minutes into a smooth dough – use the dough hooks of a hand mixer for this. Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a lightly floured surface. Alternatively, you can use our Total Protein Neutral flavour instead of flour. Let the dough rest, covered with a towel, for 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature. Now comes the creative part: shape the dough with your hands into a pizza shape, don’t roll it out! Top your protein pizza with your favourite ingredients. Our tip: Also pay attention to protein-rich toppings like chicken or feta and alternatives to calorie-rich, fatty options. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat) and bake your fully topped pizza for about 10 minutes. Ingredients

Wheatflour, Soy Protein, Durum Wheat Semolina, Wheat Gluten, WheatPre-Ferment, Dry Yeast, Wheatsour, Salt, Wheat Malt Flour.

Consumption

1. Knead one portion (120 g) of the More Protein pizza mix with 130 ml lukewarm water for 5 minutes with the dough hook of the hand mixer until a smooth dough is formed.

2. Form the finished dough into a ball on a lightly floured surface. Instead of flour, you can also use More Protein ,,Neutral''. Cover with a towel and let it rest at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.

3. Then bring the dough on a floured surface into the desired shape (do not roll out).

4. Top the pizza with any ingredients (changes the nutritional values). Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 °C.

5. Bake the finished pizza on the bottom rack at 250 °C bottom-/top heat for about 10 minutes.
