It’s time for protein porridge
Porridge, oatmeal ... – however you want to call it, porridge is one of the absolute breakfast classics, and there’s nothing that could improve it. At least almost nothing: As you probably already know, conventional porridge is rich in complex carbohydrates and valuable β-glucan. The only thing missing for a balanced meal is the right amount of protein. Until now! We have tinkered and tested in our creation kitchen until we could optimise and even revolutionise the oatmeal classic with our Protein Porridge mix. Simply put: We combined valuable whole grain oats with high-quality milk protein and created an optimal protein and carbohydrate ratio of 2:1. In numbers: One serving of Protein Porridge provides you with a full 31 g of protein.4 And you know that proteins contribute to the building and maintenance of muscles, making it ideal if you are in a dieting phase.5 The carbohydrate content is even 65% less than that of conventional porridge, with only 16 g per serving!4,6

Milk Protein Concentrate 50 %, Wholemeal Oat Flakes (gluten-free) 37 %, Glucomannan (from Konjac Root), Cocoa Powder (fat-reduced) 2 %, Cocoa Nibs 2 %, Flaked Chocolate Pieces 2 % (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, fat-reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Lecithins (Sunflower))), Psyllium Husk Powder, Soluble Fibre (Maize), Flavouring, Salt, Lactase, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).
Consumption
Preparation:
1. For one portion, add 200 ml hot water to 62 g protein porridge (1 sachet) and stir with a whisk.
2. Leave to swell covered for 5 minutes and then consume.
Tip: Flavour and sweeten the mixture asdesired with 2 g Chunky Flavour (3/4 Chunky measuring spoon, changes the nutritional values). For effective weight loss support, we recommend drinking enough (1-2 glasses of liquid) with your meal.
