In typical More style, you’ll find a good portion of protein in our creation, to be exact 18 g.³ And you know, proteins support, among many other things, the building and maintenance of muscles, ideal if you’re in a dieting phase.⁴ As protein sources, we use whey and plant proteins: whey protein concentrate as well as almond, soy and fava bean protein. You’re probably wondering why, right?! It’s actually quite simple: plant proteins swell better compared to animal proteins, which helps us achieve the typical cookie dough consistency. Mmh dough-licious!
Sweet taste, less sugar¹
Take flour, butter, sugar and then more sugar … that’s the recipe for classic cookie dough. But not with us! As you’re used to from us, we avoid unnecessary sugar wherever possible and instead rely on safe sweeteners, in this case erythritol. A quick note: erythritol is a calorie-free, naturally occurring sweetener extracted from fruits or corn. It has a similar sweetness to sugar but contains almost no calories.
As a result, our version contains a full 75% less sugar than conventional sugar-sweetened cookie dough.¹ But don’t worry, that doesn’t affect the taste. You can look forward to irresistibly delicious cookie dough!
