More Protein Fasting: In the 42-day challenge, you will achieve your goals through More Protein Fasting (MPF) and healthy routines. Good to know: MPF is an improved form of interval fasting developed by our founder Christian Wolf. As with interval fasting, MPF has a 6-hour eating window, but instead of completely fasting, we fill the "fasting" time with 2 protein shakes. This way, you achieve a calorie deficit without complicated tracking, while optimising your protein intake at the same time.
