Of course, I have already calculated the nutritional values per portion for you and noted a vegetarian alternative wherever the dish isn't already meatless. Almost all recipes are high in protein because we want to keep hunger at bay.
In the book, you'll also find my autobiography: I tell the story of my youth, which was shaped by bullying due to my overweight. Additionally, I have written a guide to determining your personal calorie needs and an explanation for calculating the calories of cooked dishes. You will also find explanatory pieces on the topics of fat, protein, calories, and carbohydrates, as well as two weekly plans consisting of recipes from my book with about 1800 calories daily.
