Consumption

With the 2 calorie* oil spray you can evenly and sparingly spray the oil on your cooking utensils such as pans or waffle irons.

Usage: Shake well before use. Spray a thin layer directly on the pan, baking sheet or grill from a distance of 20 – 30 cm. Then fry, grill or bake as usual! Can also be simply sprayed over the vegetables.
